  We are in search of friendly, motivated, quick thinking, team players, who are comfortable in a fast paced work environment, have initiative, and always strive to be the best version of themselves. We are a small, and consistently growing, family-owned Birreria in the heart of South Phoenix, and we are currently looking to fill our Front of House, Cashier and Dishwasher positions. Pay starts at $12.15 during the first 2 weeks of training. After you successfully complete your training, your pay will increase to $13 an hour with the potential to increase even more! We also prefer to promote from within! Shifts needed are anywhere from 6AM to 5PM daily, up to 40 hours a week!


Basic requirements include;

  • Must be bi-lingual. Due to the high volume of spanish speaking customers, our need for bilingual applicants is crucial to ensure efficient communication between all customers and employees. Therefore, we prioritize bilingual speakers over monolingual speakers. All are welcome to apply!

  • Active listening and effective communication skills.

  • Must have a diploma or equivalent (or proven math skills)

  • At least 1-2 years of Customer Service experience. 

  • Point of Sale experience preferred. 

  • Positive attitude.

  • Proper phone etiquette. 

  • Attentiveness and patience

  • A valid Food Handlers Card. (Can be obtained upon hire)

  • Must have the flexibility to work weekends.


   We prefer a person who is punctual and organized, and has a manager mindset, meaning you see things that need to be done, and just do them. Someone who can maintain accuracy,  provide an excellent overall dining experience for each and every one of our guests, can retain information regarding the menu and can up-sell additional items when appropriate. Also, we greatly appreciate a humble server who always accepts and informs the guest if the orders have been messed up, apologizes, and brings a solution to the table. 


The basic job function includes but is not limited to;

  • Greet customers and show them to an open table

  • Present menu options and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies)

  • Offer menu recommendations upon request

  • Take accurate food and drinks orders, using the POS ordering software,

  • Check customers’ IDs to ensure they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages

  • Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff

  • Serve food and drink orders (example: prepare desserts to complete an order)

  • Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems

  • Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area

  • Deliver checks and collect bill payments

  • Carry dirty plates, glasses and silverware to kitchen for cleaning

  • Follow all relevant health department regulations

  • Provide excellent customer service to guest
